Role Description

Looking for a technical co-founder to lead engineering and help build the core trading platform. Should have experience with high-performance systems and financial technology.

Requirements

  • 10000 hours of backend development experience
  • Experience with financial systems or trading platforms
  • Strong knowledge of databases and system architecture
  • Leadership experience and ability to build a technical team
  • Passion for industrial automation and supply chains

Nice to Have

  • Previous startup or fintech experience
  • Knowledge of trading algorithms and market microstructure
  • Experience with React/Next.js and PostgreSQL
  • Understanding of manufacturing or supply chain
